1. Introduction

Welcome to Vivahtales. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any content provided by Vivahtales. By accessing our site or booking our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Services

Vivahtales provides wedding photography and videography services, including but not limited to pre-wedding shoots, candid wedding day coverage, and post-production albums and films. The details of services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in individual client agreements or proposals.

3. Booking & Payments

• To confirm a booking, a non-refundable advance payment is required.
• Full payment must be made before the delivery of final photos or videos.
• All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after written confirmation from Vivahtales.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Advance payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client.
• If Vivahtales cancels the booking due to unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be issued.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information and ensure cooperation during scheduled shoots.
• Permission must be secured by the client for all venues or locations used for photography.

6. Use of Client Images

Unless stated otherwise in writing, Vivahtales reserves the right to use client images for promotional purposes including portfolio, website galleries, social media, and exhibitions.

If clients wish to restrict the public use of their photos, a formal request must be submitted prior to the event.

7. Copyright & Ownership

All photographs and videos taken by Vivahtales are the intellectual property of Vivahtales. Clients receive usage rights for personal and non-commercial use.

Editing, resale, or reproduction of the content for commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Delivery & Revisions

• Photos and films will be delivered within the timeline specified in the agreement.
• Basic color grading and edits are included. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on seasonality, workload, and client responsiveness.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the quality and safety of our services, Vivahtales shall not be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances, equipment failures, or events beyond our control that may affect the final output.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your personal data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
